Many times you will get an even better deal on these packages because the seller wants to see at least part of his money returned. Check all the paperwork to be sure it is transferable before you buy.

Many of the online discount travel sites are designed specifically to find you the trip that you want at the price you can afford. Read all the fine print to see about refunds and exchanges (in case a company you are booking with happens to fold while you are in mid-trip). Some of the sites offer NO guarantees at all.
