All passengers may also check in at the airport. Passengers traveling within continental France are encouraged to check in 20 - 60 minutes prior to departure; those traveling outside continental France are encouraged to check in 30 - 60 minutes prior to departure.

Only cats and dogs weighing under 6 kg (with the container) are allowed in the cabin; guide dogs, regardless of weight are also accepted for traveling in the passenger area. Dogs and cats weighing more than 6 kg must be transported in the baggage hold, and meet certain requirements such as kennel size and have documentation on vaccinations and health. Certain types of dogs defined by the French Ministry of Agriculture and Fishing are not permitted to travel in the cabin, hold or as cargo.

Some musical instruments are accepted in the cabin, but fragile instruments must travel on a seat, paid by the passenger. The maximum weight of a single musical instrument cannot exceed 75 kg, and the case must have rounded edges to meet safety requirements.

Cinema and theater options are readily available for international flights, and the geovision Voyage system provides actual footage of take-offs, landing and landscapes during the flight.

Meal service, snacks and beverage options vary by flight class and duration of flight. Economy flights include standard meal service with a hot menu, cold snacks and breakfast. Wine and champagne may also be provided, and flights of more than 10 ½ hours include a cold savory and sweet buffet.
