Air Southwest offers convenience flights to and from several destinations around the United Kingdom, with low-cost services and fares for basic travel.  The airline offers a generous baggage allowance, permanently low fares and comfortable seats.  A Business Plus fare is available for business and luxury travelers.

Check-in Information

Passengers must check in at the check-in desk at least 30 mintues before departure.  Passengers are encouraged to check in at least 1 - 1.5 hours prior to departure.

Baggage Fees

Carry-On
Passengers traveling from Leeds, Cork or Dublin may take only one piece of carryon luggage that weighs up to 7 kg and is no larger than 53 cm x 34 cm x 22 cm.  Laptops may be taken on board, but must be contained within the carryon luggage piece. 
Passengers flying from any other airport may take multiple pieces of carryon luggage with a combined weight of 7 kg.  Each piece may be no larger than 53 cm x 34 cm x 22 cm.

Checked
Each passenger may take up to two pieces of normally sized baggage with a combined weight of up to 20 kilos, free of charge. Total dimensions of each piece of baggage (length + height + width) must not exceed 158cm. The checked baggage allowance for Business Plus passengers is 30 kilos. The maximum weight of any single piece of baggage must not exceed 32 kilos.

Additional bags
Excess baggage is only carried subject to space being available and will incur a fee of  GBP6.00/EUR8.00 per kilo.  Excess Baggage vouchers can be purchased online prior to the flight for a discounted fee.

Passenger Change Details

Names of passengers may be changed for a fee of GBP50.00/EUR66.00 per name change up to two hours before the scheduled time of departure.  Name changes are not permitted for any flight sector the reservation that has been flown.  Passenger details may be changed by contacting the reservation centre at least two hours before departure.

Child Fares

Children under two years of age who travel in an adult's lap may travel for free.  All other children are charged standard fares.

Pet Fees

No pets are allowed on Air Southwest flights, but seeing-eye dogs are permitted for blind passengers.
