Check in

Passengers are encouraged to check in at least 30 minutes before departure or earlier. Check-in desks close exactly 30 minutes before departure and Eastern Airways does not accept late passengers.

Baggage

Carry on
Passengers may take one piece of carryon baggage no larger than 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm and this must be approved by the Department for Transport. Passengers may also bring one personal item on board, and the weight of both items cannot exceed 10 kg.

Checked
The checked baggage allowance is 15 kgs per passenger and any single piece of baggage cannot exceed 32 kgs.

Excess baggage charges are imposed at a rate of £2.50 per kilo, per sector.

Passengers may make changes to their flight at least three hours before check-in; fees will be imposed depending on the type of flight booked.

Child fares

Children under 2 years of age may travel for free when sitting on an accompanying adult’s lap. Children who are 2-12 years old may pay 50% of the ‘S’ class fare. Children under 5 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Eastern Airways does not permit animals except guide dogs to be carried on any flights. Guide dogs can travel at no charge.
