Check-in Information
Online check in is available 36 hours before flight departure time, and up to 90 minutes before the flight departs. Passengers with carry-on bags can go directly to the gate. The airline recommends that passengers check in two to three hours before departure.

Carry on
For First Class, the carry on baggage allowance is 2 pieces not exceeding 15 kg (50 x 37 x 25cm). For Business Class, the carry on baggage allowance is 2 pieces not exceeding 15 kg (50 x 37 x 25cm). For Economy Class, the carry on baggage allowance is 1 piece not exceeding 7 kg (50 x 37 x 25 cm).

Checked
Checked baggage allowance for all flights is 40 kg for First Class, 30 kg for Business Class and 20 kg for Economy Class. For Transatlantic flights, the checked baggage allowance is 2 pieces not exceeding 32 kg with a maximum dimension of 158 cm for First Class, 2 pieces not exceeding 32 kg with a maximum dimension of 158 cm for Business Class, and 2 pieces not exceeding 23 kg with a maximum dimension of 158 cm for Economy Class.

Additional bags

Escort Service is available for unaccompanied children between the ages of 3 to 5 years, and bassinette seats with safe cot equipment are provided for parents travelling with infants. Child fares are approximately 75 percent of the adult fare.
