Check in
Passengers may check in online or in person at the airport check-in desk. Online check-in is available up to 4 hours and no later than 48 hours before departure. The check-in desk closes 40 minutes before the scheduled departure.

Passengers may take one piece of hand luggage on board that is no larger than 55 x 40 x 20 cm and does not weigh more than 10kg.
Checked
All passengers have a 15kg personal checked baggage allowance. Passengers travelling on a reservation with checked baggage are required to check-in at the airport and pay an airport check-in fee per person/per one way flight at a discounted rate of 4 pounds/5 euros if booked online. Passengers who book their tickets at the airport or the reservations department will be charged the standard rate of 8 pounds/10 euros a person/per one way flight.
Additional bags
Additional bag fees are as follows, depending on how the flight was booked:
- 1st bag: 8 - 16 pounds
- 2nd and 3rd bag: 16 pounds each
- An excess baggage fee per kilo of 12 pounds per kilo is imposed on flights booked via the reservations desk or airport.
Passenger change details
Flight change fees range between 28 pounds and 44 pounds depending on how the flight was booked. Name change fees range between 80 pounds and 120 pounds depending on how the flight was booked.
Child fares
Infants under 2 years of age can fly for $14 each way; children over 2 years of age are subject to adult fares.

Ryanair only accepts service dogs aboard all flights; other animals and pets are not permitted.

Musical instruments may be carried on board if they meet standard baggage requirements and are subject to fees. Musical instruments cost 25 to 32 pounds each way, per item depending on how the flight was booked.
