Overview

As a leading discount airline, USA 3000 offers deluxe services and amenities on board all flights for a fraction of the cost of standard carriers.  The airline was voted one of top 10 domestic carriers by readers of Conde Nast magazine and Travel+Leisure magazine, and offers services via the new Airbus A320 Aircraft.

Check in

Passengers are encouraged to reach the gate 45 minutes prior to departure on domestic flights and 1 hour prior to departure on international flights.  Passengers cannot check in later than 15 minutes prior to flight departure on domestic flights, and no later than 30 minutes prior to departure on international flights.  All airline check-in counters open 2 hours prior to departure.

Baggage

Carry on: Passengers are permitted to take one carry-on item no larger than 24" x 16" x 10" and this item must fit under the airplane seat in front.  Passengers may also bring one personal item on board at no extra charge.

Checked: All passengers are permitted to take one piece of checked baggage free of charge per flight segment.  Checked baggage cannot be larger than 62 linear inches or weigh more than 50 lbs. 

Additional bags: Bags that weigh over 50 lbs will be charged an additional $25.

Passenger change details

Passengers may make changes to their flight up to midnight prior to the day of departure.  A fee of $50 will be assessed for domestic flights, and $100 will be assessed for international flights. 

Child fares

Children under 24 months of age may travel on the lap of a parent without paying a full fare.  All other children occupying their own seat are assessed standard fare charges.

Pets

Pets are permitted on select flights if they meet weight requirements and the carrier is of the appropriate size.  Pets in the cabin are assessed a fee of $75; pets in the hold are assessed a fee of $125.

Carrying Musical Instruments

Musical instruments may be transported as carry-on luggage and checked luggage if they meet size and weight requirements.  Passengers may also purchase an extra seat to transport large or fragile instruments.

In-flight service

USA 3000 offers movie clips, movies and music on domestic flights and flights to Bermuda, and feature-length movies on international flights. Children flying for the first time on USA 3000 receive an official First Flight Certificate.

Airline food (menus)

Passengers may purchase Snack boxes for a fee of $7; snack boxes for children are also available.  Meal service is offered on all flights to Florida, Mexico and the Caribbean, but passengers who need special meals because of dietary restrictions will need to make alternate arrangements for food.

USA 3000 offers the monthly publication Roam on all flights.
