Desks at the airport close 60 minutes before departure, and passengers are encouraged to check in at least 1-2 hours before their flight. Self-service check-in kiosks are available at select airports, and passengers may also check-in online.
Baggage
Carry on: Upper class passengers are permitted to take two pieces of hand baggage on board that is no larger than 9 x 14 x 22 inches and does not weigh more than 35 lbs in combined weight. Economy and premium economy passengers are permitted to take one piece of hand baggage with maximum dimensions of 9 x 14 x 22 inches and no heavier than 13 lbs. All passengers are also permitted to take one personal item on board.
Checked: Economy passengers may take two pieces of luggage on board no larger than 62 linear inches and no heavier than 50 lbs. Premium economy passengers may take two pieces each weighing up to 70 lbs and no larger than 62 linear inches. Upper class passengers are permitted to take three pieces of luggage each weighing 70 lbs and no larger than 62 total linear inches. Infants that are not entitled to a seat are permitted to take one piece of checked baggage weighing no more than 10 kg and n larger than 9 x 14 x 22 inches. Buggies, bassinets and car seats are carried free of charge.
Additional bags: Passengers may not travel with luggage that weighs more than 70 lbs. Excess baggage charges vary by destination and class; passengers are encouraged to contact reservations to determine the total charges prior to their flight.
Passenger change details
Name changes are not permitted, but passengers may make flight changes by contacting the reservations department. Fees and charges will be applied depending on the time the change is made, and the route.
Child fares
Children under 24 months of age may travel on an accompanying adult's lap free of charge. Special fares are not available for children over the age of 2.
