Sweepstakes Period:
The LowFares.com Vegas Travel Shopper Survey Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:00 a.m. (Pacific Time) on November 12,2009 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (Pacific Time) on December 11, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How to Enter:
You are automatically entered into the Sweepstakes when you complete the survey found here during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prizes and Odds: One Prize: Round-trip airfare for two to Las Vegas, hotel accomodations at The Bellagio for 1 weekend stay and a $400 restaurant voucher. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. No other substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. LowFares.com (“Sponsor”) responsible only for prize delivery; not responsible for prize utility or otherwise. Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of winners. The Bellagio is not affiliated nor holds any responsibility with the “Sweepstakes” whatsoever.

How to Win: One (1) Winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted on or about December 14, 2009 by a representative of Sponsor. Winner will be notified via the email address or phone number provided by the winner in the survey.

Eligibility: In order to participate in the Sweepstakes, you must be a legal resident of the United States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico or U.S. territories and possessions. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted, including the States of Florida and New York. Must be 18 years of age or older as of November 12, 2009 to enter. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates and their immediate families and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners. Limit: 1 enrollment per person. No incomplete, forged or altered surveys will be accepted. All surveys become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

Verification of Winner and Delivery of Prize: Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and return the completed affidavit/release(s) together with a properly completed IRS Form W-9. Prize may be awarded to alternate winner if prize notification email or prize is returned as undeliverable, after 3 unsuccessful attempts to reach winner by telephone or if entrant does not respond to prize notification e-mail within 7 days after the date of the e-mail. Winner agrees to Sponsor’s use of name, address, likeness and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law, any such use with respect to a minor to be subject to prior approval of his/her parent or legal guardian.

Winner: The Winner will not be publicly announced. To find out the Winner’s name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by December 30, 2009 to: Lowfares.com, ATTN: Vegas Travel Shopper Survey Sweepstakes Winner List, 515 S. Flower St., Suite 4400, Los Angeles, CA 90071. The name of the winner will only be sent after selection and verification of the winner.

General Restrictions: This Sweepstakes is void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the internal laws of the State of California. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States. Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, misaddressed, postage due or misdirected entries, e-mails or other communications, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, (b) defects or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices or transmission lines; data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials; loss or otherwise; or (c) electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind or insufficient space in entrant’s e-mail account to receive e-mail messages. The use of automated software or computer programs to enter this Sweepstakes is prohibited and any individual who uses or attempts to use such methods to enter will be disqualified. Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, this Sweepstakes and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes if any virus, bug, technical failure, unauthorized human intervention or other cause outside of Sponsor’s control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted and a random drawing will be held from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such time. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant (and all of her/his Sweepstakes entries) from this Sweepstakes or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor or any of its affiliates if she/he tampers with the entry process or if her/his fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to correct clerical or typographical errors in promotional materials. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges and warrants that she/he is eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release Sponsor and its directors, employees, officers and agents, including without limitation, its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize-related activity.
