The Hotel Valley Ho is a moderately-priced inn in the center of Scottsdale.  It is a 1956 historic hotel with modern boutique characteristics, thanks to a 2005 renovation.  The Valley Ho takes the classic all-inclusive hotel/resort experience and puts a hip, boutique spin on it.  The rooms maintain classic 1950s elements in the design, décor and furnishings, with tasteful updates like feather-top beds, flat-screen TVs and designer bath products.  Most rooms also have private balconies or patios.  Aside from standard and studio rooms, this moderately-priced hotel offers poolside cabanas.

Like all resorts in Arizona, Valley Ho has an excellent spa, the VH Spa.  Hotel reviews often praise the laid-back hipness of the in-house restaurants and lounges, ZuZu (classic American cuisine) and Trader Vic's (Polynesian fare).  These combinations of classic and hip, laid-back and luxurious make the Valley Ho a true hotel deal.  

Downtown Scottsdale is not just the cultural and entertainment center of the Phoenix suburbs.  People from all over the metro area consider Scottsdale one of the best bets for nightlife, dining and culture.  The Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts is a world class theater complex located in the area.  There are also art galleries and night clubs along Scottsdale's waterfront.
