The Edgewater is one of Seattle's finest luxury hotels.  As its name suggest, it is located on Seattle's waterfront.  The views from the hotel's bay-facing rooms are a major selling point, but it is impossible to avoid being seduced by the amenities of this ultra-luxury inn as well.  

Six Seven is the Edgewater's outdoor, water-side restaurant. One of the finest fusion restaurants in Seattle, it uses locally grown ingredients in its Asian-influenced Pacific Northwest cuisine.    

The rooms at Edgewater all have a gas fireplace, hard-crafted pine furnishings and a plethora of extras from coffee makers to turn-down service to complimentary bath products.  A 24-hour fitness center and valet parking service round out the offerings of the Edgewater.  Hotel reviews often point to the views of Olympic Mountains and Elliot Bay as most attractive aspect of the hotel.  These features combine to make the Edgewater one of the best luxury hotel deals in the city.

Despite the feeling of remoteness that the panoramas from the Edgewater can sometimes bring, the hotel is actually centrally located.  Seattle's most recognizable destinations are within a short distance of the Edgewater's front doors.  The Seattle Space Needle, Pike Place Market, and the Seattle Art Museum are nearby, as is the Woodland Park Zoo, which has been open for nearly 100 years.

The waterfront has its own attractions.  It is one of the best places in the city to simply wander.  Fresh seafood, numerous souvenir shops and an exciting atmosphere combine to assure that many visitors will become a repeat visitor in the future.  Several cruise companies offer cruises on Elliot Bay.
