Royal Caribbean Cruise for $199
Monday, June 22nd, 2009
Royal Caribbean is offering a 3 Night Bahamas Cruise for only $199 per person on Majesty of the Seas. That comes down to just $66 per night. To make the deal even more enticing the company is offering a $25 shipboard credit.
Majesty of the Sea recently underwent $36 million renovations. It offers a kids' center with Crayola and Fisher Price, new public spaces and new dining experiences. There is also an expanded Day Spa & Fitness Center.
Port of Calls for the 3 night cruise will include Miami, Florida; Coconay, Bahamas; and Nassau, Bahamas. This great deal is available for several dates in 2009 and also in 2010. The $199 price is for interior rooms but outside rooms are available for $219.
Purchases that need to be made on the ship can be done with a SeaPass card (boarding card) which is activated by your credit card. Many of the meals that are offered on the ship are included in price of the cruise. Some specialty restaurants will charge additional fees.
Cruise ships can be a great way for travelers to get a taste of different locations in a short amount of time and for a low cost. The experiences gained from a cruise can be used to plan future extended trips to the Ports of Call.
The cruise industry is just one of the many tourism industries that are working hard to compete for limited vacation dollars. Many financial experts are predicting that the world economies will continue to struggle. This could mean even better deals for savvy vacationers in the near future.
